Their passion for organic food, in addition to the precious heritage of their parents Papà Claudio and Mamma Carlotta, makes sure that only the freshest vegetables and fruit, either from the family garden or local trusted farmers, reach the Torre Normanna's kitchen.

They not only stock the freshest fish and seafood each morning, they may be contacted later during the afternoon by local fishermen with their latest catch.

Massimo and Gino personally know l the local butchers and national producers, so that you can also get delicious meats even though you are only a few steps away from the sea!
